SUBMISSION RESTRICTIONS

  • One film per filmmaker.
  • Only the director of each film is entitled to the competition prize unless the director specifies differently.
  • All movies in a language other than English must have standard English subtitles.

TECHNICAL SPECS

  • All film links must be free of passwords or any viewing restrictions
  • Length: 15 Minutes or Less
  • Format: PAL and/or NTSC
  • Digital and/or film
  • Color and/or Black and White
  • Dialogue and/or no-Dialogue
  • Liv- action and/or Animation
  • All genres
  • All styles
