Nach Hause (Towards Home)

This film was a labor of love. Fargol and Soyaz’s ability to be vulnerable and yet, funny, charming, and authentic to themselves makes this story vital for us to share. The film touches on the themes of belonging, immigration, female friendships and the unbreakable bond between a mother and her daughter, and our goal was to connect the audience to Soyaz and Fargol and allow the audience to relate with their relationship and their lives, while also learning about the complexity of their relationships with Iran.
