The film “I Wish the Alarm Would Ring Again” offers a poetic and humanistic perspective on one of humanity’s most significant challenges: loneliness, loss, and human suffering in the heart of global crises. Inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic, the film tells the story of a lonely child who has lost their mother—a child who still associates the sound of the alarm clock with their mother’s presence.

The film symbolically addresses issues such as the death of loved ones, the selflessness of healthcare workers, and the psychological impact of crises on individuals. It serves as a reminder of human values, empathy, and the importance of presence.

This work is lovingly dedicated to all the nurses, doctors, and individuals who fought in silence to save the lives of others.
