“The House on Si-e Tir Street” is a 15-minute film and my debut short as a director. The story revolves around a young woman who, despite her deep emotional ties and personal attachments to her homeland, Iran, decides to leave. Throughout the film, we witness her grappling with these connections, navigating moments of attachment and separation. Using a distinct visual structure, the narrative intertwines past and present, seamlessly weaving between memories and the current moment. Every new journey begins with the end of another.
