Director’s Statement:
Children are the future of humanity, and by understanding their lives in detail, we can predict the future. Usually, paying attention to the behavior of humans and children concerns me, and this attention has made me realize that environmental coercion can cause children to understand more than their age or reach premature intellectual maturity. On the other hand, most of us become deeply saddened when we learn that someone in our surroundings has committed suicide, and in addition to that, I become disheartened and believe that someone who points a gun at themselves shatters their family and surroundings. Therefore, in my first film, I tried to address some of my concerns side by side. One is the world of children and understanding more about the environment in which they live and the impact of parental suicide on children. The other is empathy towards someone contemplating suicide and their family because I believe empathy is more important than empathy.
